Description
Parameter
A. On the first day of incubation, the darker end is the head and the lighter end is the tail. Blood island, chordate primordium, nerve plate. Body segments appear in 1-3 pairs.
B. Embryo of Chicken (48 hour) serial transverse sections
Cervical curvature, dorsal curvature, the brain has been divided into anterior, middle, and posterior brain three parts. The body segment has developed to 16-23 pairs. The eyes and ears appear, and the heart begins to beat. Embryonic disc blood vessels have been formed and established in vivo. The length of the embryo reaches 9-12 mm.
C. Embryo of Chicken (72 hour) serial transverse sections
The brain is clearly divided into five parts; There are 33 pairs of joints left and right. Anterior and posterior limb buds appear, branchial bows have 5 pairs. Urinary bladder appears.
D. Embryo of Chicken (96 hour) serial transverse sections
The head is significantly enlarged and the cerebral hemisphere is prominent. The eye develops very fast, the pigment in the eye is calm, the eyeball is obvious. The branchial arch and branchial sac begin to blur, saving the whole body about 50 pairs. Cardiac development has approximated the adult heart. The embryonic body is already extremely curved, and the cerebral hemisphere is in close contact with the buds of the forelimbs and the urinary bladder.
